The game of golf includes some basic equipment such as a set of clubs, golf ball’s, and tees. Essentially, that is all a golfer needs to play the game. However, to make the game worthwhile and even better, a golfer needs an assortment of golf accessories.

Sun Protection Accessories

One golf accessory that no golfer with better golf grip should go without is proper sun protection. Since the game of golf is almost always outside, one needs to protect themselves from the sun. A plain golf hat, sunglasses, and a high SPF sunscreen are the perfect tools to cut down the chance of cancer and heat stroke.

Water Bottle

Another very important golf accessory is a big water bottle or jug. Hydration is extremely important when a golfer is playing the holes for hours in the sun. Another great golf accessory to accompany the water bottle is a cooler bag that can be easily carried. This will ensure that your water is cold no matter how long it sits in the sun.

Golf Covers

It may seem silly to dress up your golf clubs, but it is actually a very wise idea. Golf club covers are an ingenious golf accessory because they protect one’s clubs from rust and bad weather. They also keep your clubs looking brand new.

Yardage Finder Golfscopes

An unusual, but very helpful golf accessory is a yardage finder golfscope. It is a digital laser that helps find precise ranges. Using this golf accessory also reduces the number of golf backswing’s one must take. It is a great tool to get you swinging just like the professionals.

Digital Scorecard

Make your golf game fun and easier to keep track of. A digital scorecard lets you input everyone’s score digitally. It keeps score accurately, so no one will get blamed for a faulty score. Most digital scorecards allow you to record more than one game; some may also give you a game review at the end of each game. Find one that comes with a clip for easy carrying.

Golf Bag Roller Cart

If you do not usually get a golf cart, then a great golf accessory for you would be a rolling golf bag cart. This will take all the stress off your back. What fun is golf if you are in pain?

If you bring these golf accessories with you on your next golf game, you will find that your golfing experience is much better. Not only will your golf game be more fun, but it will be safer with the use of sun protection making each of these accessories definitely worth the extra buck.

One should know how to fix a golf slice problem because it is the most common problem golfers are facing. Research reveals that almost 90 per cent of golfers will experience dilemmas caused by a golf slice. The problem is that golfers have no idea what causes the golf slice. Others become frustrated because despite all the training and drills, they still continue to make a golf slice strike.

Golf slice is the result when the clubface will make a side-spinning rotation on the ball itself. Others would even conclude that such strike is just a problem with reflexes. However, studies show that it has something to do with the body and mind. There should be some sort of coordination between mind and body to produce a good strike. But due to some bodily restrictions, the body could not make a good output as expected.

To Fix a Golf Slice You Need to Know What Causes It

Rotate Your Shoulders

First, you must identify all the actions that could cause the club face to hit the ball at an angle. Having done so, you must then try to decide which may apply to you, and then correct them. For example, your shoulders have to move and rotate properly. If your shoulders do not rotate fully on the backswing then during the swing the shoulders will be ahead of the rest of your body, which will pull the club towards the left and so slice the ball. The way to fix a golf slice in such cases is to work on getting your swing mechanics right.

Don’t Let Your Chest Turn Too Quickly

Get somebody to watch your swing and keep an eye on your chest. If your chest swings round past the ball before you strike it, you will slice. Again, to fix a golf slice caused by a leading chest, you need to work on your swing and get your backswing sorted out - get your shoulders right round, and get your hips turning quicker so that they are not lagging behind the top half of your body. You chest and club head should both be pointing at the target on impact.

Strengthen Your Grip

Another problem could be a weak grip, which means that you are holding the club too much anticlockwise. Shift your grip a few degrees clockwise, especially your top hand, and your club face will straighten up more on impact. Keep practicing till you get it right. Whether you have purchased a custom golf car, bought a brand new one for yourself, or a used one from someone else, there is a good chance that eventually you are going to have to find yourself a new golf cart battery.

These are much like the batteries that are found in cars, and are just as important.

How Does It Work?

A golf cart battery works in the same way that a car battery does. The golf cart is hooked up to the battery, and the cart runs off of the battery. Just like in a car, if the cart is left on without being run, or if lights or other things are left on, the battery will run down. If the golf cart battery runs down, you will need to charge it. Eventually, you a golfer with good golf grip will need to buy a new one.

You can use your golf cart battery not only just to start your golf cart and to run it. You can also run many things off of your golf cart battery, including things that you have installed on your golf cart in order to customize it. If you have a cd player or a radio on you golf cart, these will run off of the battery. Also, any other devices that you have installed onto your golf cart will run off of the golf cart battery. This is very handy, because while you are out on the course you don’t’ have to worry about any other power sources for the things that you need to have on the course. Some golf carts can even come equipped with places to plug in your cell phone or hand held device, and these too will run off of the golf cart battery.

The nice thing about a golf cart battery is that you can plug your golf cart in while you are not using it, and the golf cart battery will recharge itself and you can concentrate on your golf short game. This is especially good if you are going to be using your golf cart a lot, and you feel you might run down the battery. Instead of having it run down, you can always charge it up so that it is ready to go again.

A good golf cart battery is very handy for a golfer with new golf swing, and so if you are not going to be golfing for awhile you should remove it from the golf cart and store it so that it will be ready when you go golfing again. You should also keep an extra one handy if you ever need to change it.
