HELP!. I have issues with cuping my left wrist at impact leading to high an sjkajshjuvjkhks crappp ball contact., I honestly think its my set up, my coach? has me so over the ball it feels i cant rotate correctly.

What a great drill just come back from the range and my irons were fantastic even my 80 yard shots pitching wedge was fantastic. I? used the peak performance golf swing but never could get into the swing. The only problem with this drill is it encouraged over rotation in my swing and caused a slight pull on my left hand side of my back half way up (right hand swinger). Looking into purchasing the perfrct connection golf swing. Does the swing promote over rotation and 1 plane swing? Cheers CJ

great drill, this really helped me, and? showed me how to release the club, hiting the ball very solid now, if i just stay down on the shot and impact around the 4th to 7th groove i was impacting on the 2nd 0r 3rd groove , thanks so much now i can hit that draw
